A great perspective-shifting idea!

Hello!
No audio meditation to post from Friday because I had a seminar to attend instead. I love learning new ideas and new ways of doing things!
So here’s a great meditation topic you can try on your own to help focus your energy and shift your perspective.
Have you ever noticed that some activities make you feel upbeat and strong … and others tend to bring out the worst in you? We all have our strong suits, talents that give us energy, even if we’re really tired. And we all have things that we don’t do so well or that we hate…things that drain our spirit.
Right now, no matter how your day has been…think of something that gives you energy, that makes you strong. Visualize it in a bubble out in front of you, and then move that bubble into your body. Let the feeling and energy of that strength- and joy-giving activity infuse every cell, every element of your being. Notice what that feels like.
When you’re ready, stand up and stretch and slowly move back into your day.
This is one way to shift your perspective, your feelings, and your energy, even in the middle of a really bad day that seems like it will never end.
So give it a try, and leave a comment right here on the blog. Don’t worry–your email address doesn’t show…only your comment and the name you choose to give!
With love and light,
Jennifer

Helping a friend with cancer plant flowers in her garden revitalized me this afternoon as it also renewed her spirit. Energy flows as love energy grows.
